Refund policy

If you have changed your mind for whatever reason, we do accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, complete, and returned in its original, unopened packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please contact us using the online form to advise and, once accepted, return to us at your earliest convenience. Once we receive the item(s) back, we will examine, and refund you accordingly.

Please note, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then we will offer a replacement or refund, please contact us to arrange the return of the goods. Please note, we reserve the right to request photographic evidence at our discretion.
