Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order on the next working day but, if you order before 9AM, we can sometimes ship same day depending on how busy we are.

We send our orders in cardboard boxes/bubble envelopes, via Royal Mail, using the following services:

• Standard Shipping - Tracked 48 (2 - 3 working days)
• Premium Shipping - Tracked 24 (1 - 2 working days)

These are Royal Mail’s delivery aims, not guaranteed delivery times.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. Delivery is free for mainland UK orders over £35.

We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland. We also deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

For Jersey and Guernsey orders, select the relevant island as your country/region at checkout, rather than United Kingdom. Delivery may take longer than the UK estimates above, including time for customs clearance.

We do not collect Jersey GST at checkout. Orders with a total import value of £60 or more, including postage and any other applicable costs, are subject to Jersey import GST. The recipient must pay any GST due before the parcel is released.
