Ceylon Gunpowder is a rare find — a Sri Lankan take on one of the world's oldest green tea styles. Grown high in the Dimbula region (5,000–6,400ft), the leaves are withered, heated to halt oxidation, then hand-rolled into tight, dense pellets. The rolling seals in freshness and extends shelf life — and only a limited amount is produced each year, as the process demands real skill and time.
