A small pile of dried, organin nam lanh black tea leaves on a white background

Soil Association certified organic, single origin black tea leaves, wild-grown and harvested in Yên Bái, Vietnam. Named after the Nậm Lạnh village and co-op where the harvest takes place, and fully oxidised to yield a rich, malty cup with warm notes of cinnamon and date.

The tea is harvested from ancient wild Camellia sinensis trees indigenous to the Yên Bái rainforest — grown and tended by the Hmong and Dzao tribal cooperatives of the region. Unlike cultivated tea bushes, these trees grow deep roots that draw minerals from far below the surface, giving the tea a richness and long, lingering aftertaste that plantation teas rarely achieve.
