Our White Peony is a Soil Association certified organic white tea, wild-grown and harvested in Yên Bái, Vietnam.

White Peony is made from plucks of one bud and two young leaves — a fuller, more potent style than Silver Needle, which uses only the bud. The leaves are sun-withered for up to three days, then briefly piled before being gently dried. Throughout the process, handling remains minimal to preserve the delicate cellular structure of the leaf.
