Long Jing - Dragon Well

Long Jing, also known as Dragon Well, is one of China's most celebrated green teas. Ours comes from San Shai in southern Taipei County, Taiwan, grown at around 500m above sea level, where traditional Chinese processing techniques have been adopted to produce a tea of exceptional quality.

The leaves are hand-picked, then pan-fried, rolled, and dried using time-honoured methods. Without oxidation, the result is a light-bodied, smooth tea with a clean vegetal flavour and a delicate, grassy aroma.
